'Crust & Crafts Pizzeria' started with a straightforward ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Venice. The Rossi family launched our pizza shop in 1985, a quaint, familial venture with time-honored recipes passed down through generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered the pizza craft during her Italian sojourn, particularly in Naples, where pizza was conceived. After her UK return, she aspired to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, employing traditional techniques and the finest components.
Our journey began as a cozy pizzeria with only 12 seats, and has now become a cherished neighborhood staple. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and authenticity hasn't changed. We continue to employ wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough freshly every day, and source the best ingredients available.
'Crust & Crafts Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, now with the second generation at the helm, leading our dedicated team. While we have integrated modern enhancements, the core of our operation stays true to our origins: producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
